Live Arrival Guarantee: Your aquatic plants are 100% guaranteed to arrive alive. If any plants arrive deceased we will refund the value of the dead plants. Snap a photo within five hours of delivery and email us at freshlyaquaplant@gmail.com with your order details. We'll assess eligibility for a refund.

Snail Free Guarantee: Our plants undergo rigorous quarantine to ensure they're snail-free. We are 100% confident that our plants are free of snails. If you detect any snails upon delivery, photograph the affected plant, snail, and packaging within five hours, and email us at freshlyaquaplant@gmail.com. We'll promptly refund the plant's value.

Mis-Ships: If you receive incorrect or missing items, notify us within five hours with a photo of your order at freshlyaquaplant@gmail.com. We'll assess the situation and refund accordingly.

Items Damaged During Shipping: In the rare event of damage during transit, photograph the damaged items and email us within six hours. We'll review and issue a refund if eligible.

Items Lost During Shipping: If your order go missing, contact us for support at freshlyaquaplant@gmail.com. We reserve the right to determine when an order is considered lost, and in such cases, we'll refund your order promptly.
