Ludwigia repens ‘Super red’ is a slight variation of Ludwigia repens. Ludwigia repens ‘Super red’ is an easy to keep species that features oval leaves and is known for its ability to produce very striking reds under optimal conditions. This aquatic stem plant is ideal for midground aquatic plant choices as well as the background. When planted in groups, Ludwigia repens ‘Super red’ provides beautiful pops of color against darker green colored aquatic plants. It also aids in adding movement and dimension to any planted aquarium tank.
